In concert programming Annemieke looks for contrast in time periods as well as character of the pieces. She also likes to introduce less common music to the audience. In 2009/2010, Chopin year, she used key related works to weave different styles together.

En el silencio de la noche, que interrumpe el sussuro de las brisas aromadas por los jasmines,

In the silence of the night, disturbed only by the whisper of the breezes perfumed by jasmine, the sound of guitars that accompany the serenades, they diffuse through the air ardent melodies and notes, as sweet as the swaying of the palms high up in the sky.
